4.How do determine the quantity of days from order to delivery for finish garments?
The OEM manufacture of finished bulk garments products usually approximately 100-120 days, and the actual time is related to the quantity of bulk goods and the difficulty& complex of sewing. Therefore, the collection/fabrics , accessories, and confirm the delivery time before sewing will affect the manufacturing time of the finished garment.
Quote time: 2~3 Days
Sample products time: 7~14 day around
1. When we need the quote, How do I need to preparing?
As you have many ideas about your products, you can discuss the details of garments with us by message (Line, WeChat, WhatsApp, Skype), we refer to your sketches (Tech pack of Gerber, draft, Client specimen, base on our sample from website ) Ex.:sample colors, pattern make, What variety of fabrics you used for your products, size measurement chart (chest width, shoulder width, sleeve length) & quantity and sales point to provide the cost price for you reference. Apparels Labels: Main Label, Care Label, Hangtag, provide it for us or drafts for us reference.
2. How do I choose the excellent/diligence fabrics of products?
When you have clear quotation sheet, we will find the suitable fabric beginning, from woven and knit, composition of fabric, color quantity& specificity, and provided the fabric card to the factory knows.
3. How do I get the quote sheet in exactly?
Base on the MOQ: 1000 PCS/EACH COLOR/STYLE or two~three style same fabric composition at above to attain 1000 pcs/each color/style, we can do it,
Choose the correct collections & fabrics, Base on the fabrics quality/accessories & quantity offer the best cost price intimately. Depending on more and less quantity to determine your price. If you still feeling the price is highly, the reason of several problem as follows,
①Uses for specialize fabric composition ②Complexed sew progress ③Specialize accessories and spec. on the products
But we can still find alternative solutions to solve the price problem!

5. For the same apparel styles, why are different the costs and prices?
- 1. Each one of fabrics has different composition&texture&specification, will affect the cost price of the finished prodcts.
- 2. Complicate of garment styles, get the highly sewing charge.
- 3. In the case of specialize accessories section, must take in the mould charge, it affects the highly cost price within the garments.
- 4. The quantity made were less than a roll of fabric, it will be calculated at the retail pricing, usually 2-3 times the original price.
- 5. Usually, light fabric color is higher than dark fabric color, especially greige fabric/scouring fabric composition.
6. Payment Terms& Transaction Terms of Apparels
As for payment terms, we uaually ask our clients to 50% down payment & 50% before shipment or international rules of trade terms, usually payment terms of 30T/T, 70L/C ,the sample expense will be extra seperately. as above, If I can be of any further assistance, or provide you with any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
